Largest juice shop, I order an extra bulette, tomatoes and roasted onions, pay for them too and didn't get anything I ordered. In addition, the waiting time for an empty shop and 2 cars in the drive was quite long ... so go to sponsheim, it's not that good either, but better!

McDrive took forever, but mine, they probably have a hard time ...

The only Mac donald where I always get hot food 😍👍

Was okay at the drive in counter, chips were actually quite good. Otherwise like everywhere, lukewarm burgers, and lovelessly put together in a cardboard box

At the mc drive counter we asked for two dishes with coupons, I was told that I can only take one dish with me, with a coupon for another dish, I have to line up again ... I think there is another way to solve this

Had a completely different order than we had ordered. I complained by phone after I had 20 kilometers home. Drive employee was sure it was mine after I asked. At home while unpacking I realized that everything was wrong, so I called them. On the phone, a young man wanted to put me off by writing down my last name and the actual order from me next time would be free, I could just eat what is now with me. But since we were very hungry and we had paid about 45 €, and we all don't like bacon on the burgers, and since there were also no kids menus, I had suggested taking the whole trip back on myself and picking up my actual order. They would give me a couple of free cheeseburgers as compensation, but please bring the old things with me. Employee noted my last name! Said and done. When I got there, nobody knew about it, and nobody knew my last name !!!!! I was allowed to wait because the shift manager had to ask around first. I gave back the old menu and got my order fresh and new. There was no free cheesburger, so I was too stupid to ask. Right from the start I had a bad feeling about the drive employee ...... And I really don't need an annoyed "sorrry" from one of the employees. This event took place at the beginning of this year, before the corona pandemic.

I received my order here very quickly, but the ladies and gentlemen in the background work without gloves to prepare the burgers. And that during pandemic times. That's not so nice.

The staff at the McDrive were very friendly and the food was delicious and everything was available.

Order in advance with the app or at the terminal and wait until the meal is ready. I don't think the new interior is beautiful, I found the American-style café ambience much nicer.

It's clean and they respect the covid directives. But my burger was cold, my wife's burger had fallen apart and someone went from table to table with the same rag to 'clean'...

Very careful about cleanliness and hygiene. Every table is cleaned and disinfected as soon as the guests leave. Here, the new employees are also instructed in handling the dustpan and the supervisor also shows that the lower edge of the table must be cleaned. Otherwise, McD.

Modern, clean McD. Big Mac was filled incorrectly, meat not separated from the sandwich. Has annoyed. Served were not given.

I accept and understand that it will open later due to Corona (8 a.m.). Thank goodness no more breakfast. But to do it at midnight 1 hour earlier than before Corona, I don't understand. But very nice staff.

Dirty tables

When we arrived it was unclear that only the drive-thru was available at that time. When we got our meal we could sit at the tables outside anyway. While unpacking our food we found out that two drinks were missing, which they brought us later. If we did not decide to sit outside we wouldn't have our drinks. When I drank it, it turned out to be the wrong drink. They didn't make a problem of it, so they changed the drink and gave me a new one. And above all the food was lukewarm, not hot as it should be. The service was OK though, they were helpful where they could.

As usual. With the exception of a few citizens who they do not know here and in Belgium they do and vice versa ...

Worst MacDonalds ever, no milkshakes, no smoothies. Just drive to another one! They don't use the preparation numbers, total chaos.

Nice place

I've had a really bad experience. First straws were forgotten, then the staff was still incredibly unfriendly and finally we were pushed with such a tone that one could think we were thrown out of the drive! The two stars only exist because of the well-known acceptable food!
